First of all, this summer is going by wayy to fast and I am wayy to busy! :) We are spending every day that we can working on our house, nights to! Dathan has done an outstanding job on the trim! His parents have came out a couple times and helped, "greatly appreciated" my family has helped also, what would we do without our wonderful families!! After what seems like a hundred tubes of caulking and sore fingers, I almost have the trim caulked. Dathan started sanding today, by the end of the day on Saturday I should have the caulking all completed and hopefully we will have the sanding finished and then the trim will be ready to paint! Tanner loves "his" new house! He has had a great summer despite the fact that I have not been able to take him anywhere to exciting! I had plans to take him to VBS at Watts, I decided not to even plan on it next year that way maybe it will work out that we can go! :) He is into playing duck duck goose, he does'nt care where he is at either! He will randomly start patting peoples heads saying duck, "yes even during church" his duck eventually turns into yuk, then he says "oose"  When he gets up in the morning's he goes into the bathroom and weighs! He gets right on Dathan's heels when he is on the phone and follows him around repeating whatever Dathan says, he is like a parrot! Life with Tanner is never boring! The pictures are of Tanner with some of the awesome people that work with him at school, and a couple of his great little friends!

Summer!!

Our Summer break officially starts next Tuesday!! We don't have any vacations planned for the summer, I think our house is going to keep us super busy! Dathan is going to start trimming and hanging doors next week, it is all primed and most all the ceilings are painted! He is planning on going to Oklahoma sometime in July to help Darrin build our cabinets, we are looking forward to completing this project!

We are doing great! Tanner is learning new things everyday, I never know what new words he is going to come up with! His newest words are "who's that" and "look" and he jabbers alot! He loves Dathan so much, and Dathan loves him. Tanner tries to act just like him! I thank God for blessing me and Tanner with him!

What's happening with us!!

It has been raining here almost everyday for about 10 days, the flooding here is bad. Thankfully our house is on a hill. My heart goes out to everyone that is being affected by the flood, and the victims of the tornados.....I pray God be with and comfort them.

We are doing great, just a super happy and blessed family with nothing to complain about! My twin sister Cindy had a beautiful baby girl early Friday morning, I am so thankful everything is well with her and the baby! Tanner loves his new cousin, we have to keep a close eye on him when he is around her! He has three more cousins on the way, I heard one was a boy, one a girl and the other one is a suprise! He won't know what to think about all these babies! He is doing wonderful! I think he is ready for summer break, he is getting restless with school! He is growing so fast! :-(

Just another blog!

Well Tanner lost his first tooth during Sunday School Sunday morning! We thought he had swallowed it, but we found it on the floor! He looks cute and it makes him look more onery! He only has four more weeks of school left, I am so ready for the summer break! We went to an Easter egg hunt lastnight for children with special needs, Tanner had a blast! I will post some pics of him! Looks like our Easter weekend is going to be rainy, it has rained and rained lately! I am ready for some warm dry weather!

Our house is still moving along, they are finishing the sheetrock now! I am ready to get it done and settled in so my life can slow down, slow down?...I don't think that will ever happen!!

Countdown till Summer!

We had a good springbreak! Went to Branson and met up with Dathan's Family. Now we are counting down the weeks until Summer Break! Tanner went on his first field trip today without his mother! He is going on another one tomorrow, I am just having to be really brave and let him go! It is actually good for me I will say! He has changed alot lately, he is really getting out of that baby boy stage, to big boy.....it's sad to see him grow up, but at the same time it is so much fun to watch him do and say new things! Looking forward to Easter weekend, Tanner had a special invatation to an Easter egg hunt for children with special needs, I know he will love it!

Our house is coming along great, they finished hanging the sheetrock and now it is ready to finish. I am trying to get paint colors picked out so I will be ready to go when it is done!
