Just another blog!

Well Tanner lost his first tooth during Sunday School Sunday morning! We thought he had swallowed it, but we found it on the floor! He looks cute and it makes him look more onery! He only has four more weeks of school left, I am so ready for the summer break! We went to an Easter egg hunt lastnight for children with special needs, Tanner had a blast! I will post some pics of him! Looks like our Easter weekend is going to be rainy, it has rained and rained lately! I am ready for some warm dry weather!

Our house is still moving along, they are finishing the sheetrock now! I am ready to get it done and settled in so my life can slow down, slow down?...I don't think that will ever happen!!

Countdown till Summer!

We had a good springbreak! Went to Branson and met up with Dathan's Family. Now we are counting down the weeks until Summer Break! Tanner went on his first field trip today without his mother! He is going on another one tomorrow, I am just having to be really brave and let him go! It is actually good for me I will say! He has changed alot lately, he is really getting out of that baby boy stage, to big boy.....it's sad to see him grow up, but at the same time it is so much fun to watch him do and say new things! Looking forward to Easter weekend, Tanner had a special invatation to an Easter egg hunt for children with special needs, I know he will love it!

Our house is coming along great, they finished hanging the sheetrock and now it is ready to finish. I am trying to get paint colors picked out so I will be ready to go when it is done!

What a week!!

This week has been an awesome week! God answered a prayer for Dathan and I concerning Tanner....I sure did'nt see it coming this quick.....I love how God works!!

Spring Break has officially started for us, I am ready for it to!! We have been so busy lately, I am ready to spend some time with my boys! :-)) We are heading off to Branson Thursday evening to meet up with Dathans family, we are looking foward to that!

I love Dathan and Tanner, we have so much fun together!!

The last two weeks have been wild and crazy!! We finally got moved out and pretty much settled into our little apartment!! Our house is coming along great, they started the sheetrock a couple days ago! Then comes the trimming and painting and all that fun stuff, well it won't seem so fun after several weeks, but we will get it done!!

I love April Fools Day... :-))) My Husband probley hates it LOL!! I got him good today, I love him!! :-))

World Down Syndrome Day 3/21/11

Today is World DS Day! I am so thankful for my son Tanner! Life just would not be near as much fun without him!! He is learning new things everyday, he is talking so much more also!! We are so proud of him! We love you Tanner!!!

Jesus Rescues Me

Going thru so many changes...whats the news for today...somebodys hurt somebodys aching...somebodys trying to find their way...a heavy heart can break your will...a troubled soul leaves time standing still...so if your hurting please don't hide...lift up your head I'm on your side...When every mountain seemed to high....when every river looked to wide....when my dreams were lost at sea....Jesus rescued me...my faith was strong and carried me...tho sometimes weak I still believed...my life is built on his desire...thru the flood and thru the fire...Jesus rescued me! Now your looking for an answer...searching for some hope to hold...those empty hands leave you waiting...praying for a miracle...Jesus hears your every cry...he sees the walls that you can't climb...he will heal your hurting soul...and lead you safetly to his home.

Happy Birthday!

It is so hard to imagine that six years have gone by since Tanner and Reagan were born! It was such a bittersweet day that day. My mind has been overwhelmed with so many memories today.....I was blessed that day with the sweetest little boys ever! God must have thought so to because he chose to keep one of them....it was devastating for us to see him go, and we shed many tears....I know that God has a little jewel in His angel band, I imagined him flying around today with his little wings, maybe they celebrated his birthday today, who knows!! I know that great joy awaits me when I get home!! Happy Birthday Tanner, I want you to know that you have brought joy to my life that I cannot explain, you are the most perfect child in my eyes that God ever created! Having you is a treasure that no amount of money could ever buy, Tanner you are amazing and Mommy loves you so much!! Happy Birthday Reagan, I want you to know how much we loved you and still do! Seeing you go broke mommys heart.....I know God must have had great big plans for you! You were such a precious little one, and as I cradled you in my arms I wanted to hold you for forever. Mommy had to say goodbye but only for a short time, I'll see you soon my baby.....I'll hold you once again...I put a balloon on your grave today, it had all kinds of animals on it....it broke loose and flew with the wind up to the heavens, at first it made mommy sad cause I had lost the balloon I had so carefully placed on your stone....then I decided that maybe it was traveling up to you! If you see a balloon, its from mommy!!  Happy Birthday sweet boys, having you has changed my life for forever!
